I have been invited to paint in the museum at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido during the run of the exhibition:  Quint: Three Decades of Contemporary Art.. I started to paint on July 30th. while the artworks were being installed . The concept for this project was presented to me by Mark Quint, owner of Quint Gallery, La Jolla, CA. who was invited to help organize an exhibition of work shown at his gallery since 1981  He wanted traditional plein air artists to paint  "landscapes" of the exhibition, documenting the interior architecture and the exhibition's installation of many individual artworks.  In this case the artists will be painting a contemporary installation of contemporary artworks and it's environment.
